Refund Policy

At House of Nazaakat, we value fairness and transparency. Refunds are applicable only in specific, approved cases such as:

• Damaged or defective products.

• Wrong product delivered.

• Order cancellation before dispatch.

Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or issued as store credit (for COD orders).
In case of bank refunds for COD purchases, please provide your account details when requested by our team.
