You can request an exchange/return within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

Conditions for Exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

The product will be exchanged only once per order.

Customized, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for exchange or return except damaged parcel.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@houseofnazaakat.shop with your order ID and issue details.
Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or request you to ship the product to our address.
