Cancellation Policy
At House of Nazaakat, we understand that sometimes plans change — and we’re here to help you with easy cancellations, within reasonable timelines.
1. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if they haven’t been dispatched.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email support@houseofnazaakat.shop or WhatsApp us at +91 9654587742 with your Order ID.
Once your cancellation is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit (in case of COD orders).
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled. You may, however, request an exchange as per our [Exchange Policy].
3. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
We request our customers to accept COD orders once placed. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD parcels without notice may result in restricted access to future COD services.
4. Refund Timelines
For prepaid orders, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after successful cancellation confirmation.
For COD orders, refund will be issued as store credit unless bank details are provided.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases, House of Nazaakat reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

Unavailability of product.

Payment or technical error.

Fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
In such cases, a full refund will be processed, and customers will be notified immediately.
