Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed directly through our official website — www.houseofnazaakat.shop

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing your order details and unique Order ID.

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and email ID are entered correctly. House of Nazaakat will not be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp to monitor your shipment.


Payment Options

We offer multiple secure and convenient payment methods for your comfort:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, etc.)

  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Net Banking through all major banks

  • Wallet Payments through trusted partners

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) available for select pin codes

Note: A nominal COD fee may apply to cash-on-delivery orders. House of Nazaakat reserves the right to disable COD service for customers with a history of order refusals or non-acceptance.


Payment Security

  • All online payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways that comply with industry standards.

  • House of Nazaakat does not store or access your credit/debit card or banking information.

  • In case of a payment failure, please check with your bank or try an alternate payment method.


Order Verification & Cancellation

  • In some cases, we may contact you for order verification if additional confirmation is required.

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been dispatched (as per our Cancellation Policy).

  • House of Nazaakat reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of payment issues, stock unavailability, or suspicious/fraudulent activity.


Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices displayed on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Any promotional discounts or coupon codes must be applied at checkout. Requests to apply offers after placing an order will not be accepted.
